Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer account setup within ERP and accounting systems.
• Process and maintain invoices through customer portals and internal systems.
• Review aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, refunds, and customer account concerns.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements.
• Record and reconcile daily cash receipts, including ACH and check payments.
• Assist with recurring cash and receivables reporting for corporate finance teams.
• Create and maintain purchase orders for repairs, services, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure purchases are properly documented and approved.
• Track service orders and receiving documentation to support inventory accuracy and vendor payments.
• Help maintain efficient procurement and operational accounting processes.
• Prepare monthly inventory-related journal entries.
• Review inventory transactions and manufacturing costs for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and system adjustments.
• Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and audit requests.
