• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Generate customer invoices, process vendor invoices, process cash receipts.
• Assist with collections and weekly cash forecast.
• Analyze financial data and prepare variance analyses.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain and compile audit documentation and schedules.
• Other special projects and duties as needed.
