Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to identify issues and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Generate customer invoices and process vendor invoices.
• Assist with collections and weekly cash forecast.
• Analyze financial data and prepare variance analyses.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
