Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with inventory, operational, and general accounting activities.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and business leaders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Research and correct accounting discrepancies while ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Support audit requests and internal control procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
