Job summary

Atrium in Tampa, FL seeks a Staff Accountant to support financial operations across multiple entities. You will manage day-to-day accounting, post journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end close and internal reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 1+ year of handling general ledger activities, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Real estate or multi-entity experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 1+ years of accounting experience with GL, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Nice to have multi-entity accounting or real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank and balance sheet accounts; intercompany activity.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and reporting packages.
• Contribute to financial statements and internal reporting for management.
