Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with real estate exposure.
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsabilités

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger for multiple real estate entities.
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
