In this in-office position, you will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist audits while collaborating cross-functionally for complete, accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern accounting software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general tax regulations; analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to balance independent tasks with team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries; manage general ledger activity and assist in month-end close.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor data discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
