Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern accounting software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general tax regulations; analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to balance independent tasks with team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries; manage general ledger activity and assist in month-end close.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries while accurately managing general ledger activity, record retention and assist in month-end and year-end closing cycles.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor financial data for discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Assist with internal and external audits by gathering required documentation and maintaining compliance standards.
• Work cross-functionally across departments to maintain the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with modern accounting software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Strong grasp of GAAP principles and general tax regulations, paired with exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
