Qualifications

• Experience providing payroll data support during a transition to a new payroll platform.
• Experience managing accounts payable in a small office with accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience handling accounts receivable and coordinating with billing staff to maintain customer records.
• Ability to prepare and enter general ledger journal entries and maintain accurate records.
• Experience supporting month-end close and assisting with monthly financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable activities and ensure invoices are recorded accurately.
• Handle day-to-day accounts receivable and coordinate with billing staff for timely collections.
• Support payroll processes and assist with payroll platform transition.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger records in Sage 50.
• Participate in month-end close, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with external accounting firm on financial data validation.
