Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant for our client in McKeesport, PA 15132. The role offers a $60,000–$70,000 salary and provides hands-on experience across accounting functions in a growing, family-owned business.

You will prepare month-end statements, assist with sales tax data, journal entries, and close activities, while streamlining Sage processes and supporting inventory controls. Strong full-charge accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong full-charge accounting experience, including month-end responsibilities.
• Experience with monthly close processes and financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of job costing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing monthly and year-end financial statements.
• Gather monthly sales tax data, review for accuracy, and process payments.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Streamline Sage processes and improve inventory controls.
• Support general accounting operations in a full-charge accounting capacity.
• Assist with job costing as needed.
