Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with significant exposure to payroll accounting.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with payroll accruals, payroll taxes, benefits accounting, and payroll-related reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
