Welltower, Inc. in the United States seeks a Staff Accountant for Partnership Accounting to manage monthly intercompany consolidation, journal entries, reconciliations, and billbacks under US GAAP and SOX.

You will serve as accounting contact for operator partnerships and collaborate across RIDEA and non-RIDEA structures. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of public or corporate accounting experience, a Bachelors in Accounting, and familiarity with Yardi, OneStream or Blackline.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of public or corporate accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, OneStream or Blackline is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as day‑to‑day accounting contact for operator partnerships.
• Prepare journal entries to support monthly close.
• Perform account reconciliations and intercompany eliminations.
• Review operator financial submissions and analyze variances.
• Support SOX controls and internal audit requests.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions and related accounting.
