Job summary

LHH is seeking a Finance Accountant for a full-time onsite role in Largo, FL. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and manage inventory and intercompany reconciliations.

This position requires strong Excel/ERP experience and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain teams. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting audits, with a market-rate salary of $65,000 to $75,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and/or accounts receivable.
• Experience with ERP systems; SYSPRO experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Access; VBA/SQL a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with an initiative-driven, growth-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including journal entries and month-end/year-end close.
• Manage inventory accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, depreciation, debt schedules, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding balances and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Calculate and reconcile sales commissions.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results, operational costs, and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Support M&A activities, including financial data reconciliation and acquisition integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, production, supply chain, and project management teams.
