LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for our client in Tampa, Florida. This onsite, contract-to-hire role requires strong attention to detail and at least two years of full-cycle accounting experience.

Responsibilities include journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and assisting with payroll processing and audit prep. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with experience in ERP software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP software is required.
• Proficient in MS Office including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsabilités

• Perform journal entries and postings to the general ledger; assist month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support cost accounting, payroll processing, and audit preparation as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of daily/monthly accounting transactions.

• Performaccounting functions including journal entry posting into general ledger, month end close, bank/account reconciliations, performing daily/monthly accounting transactions,cost accounting, payroll processing, audit preparation,and more
• Minimum of two years of full cycle accounting experience required
• Prior accounting/ERP software experience required

Skills/Knowledge

• Intermediate Microsoft Officeskillsare essential (includingVLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented and deadline driven
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

Education

• Bachelor'sDegree in Accounting or Finance required

Pay Range

• $33.65-38.45/hr.

Pay Details: $33.65 to $38.45 per hour
