Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills and ability to learn new tools including AI
• Experience with ADP payroll is a plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close fundamentals
• Prior exposure to sports, media, or agency settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable: entry, coding, vendor payments
• Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, cash application
• Process payroll via ADP and support HRIS reconciliations
• Assist 401(k) administration and recordkeeping
• Support month-end close with journals and reconciliations
• Maintain organized QuickBooks records
• Assist with annual audit requests and schedules
• Leverage AI to streamline reconciliations and reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams
• Take on special projects as the finance team grows
