Connect Search, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent accounting professional based in Downers Grove, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite). The role offers a base salary range of $105,000–$115,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will lead month-end closes, manage property-level financials, and drive variance analysis, policies, and controls while mentoring staff. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has 3–7 years of accounting

Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 base salary plus bonus
