Job summary

NOBEL Women is seeking a Staff Accountant in Tualatin, OR to support the accounting team with general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. This on-site role offers collaboration with leadership and opportunities to improve processes in a growing construction industry firm.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, at least three years of accounting experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• At least three years in general accounting or financial reporting.
• Construction industry accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Support month-end/year-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Assist with audits, GAAP and SOX compliance, and internal controls.
