Benchmark International's global headquarters in Tampa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• 2–3 years of Sage Intacct experience.
• 1–2 years of QuickBooks Online experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany consolidation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work full-time in the office; professional attire.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple legal entities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
• Assist the CFO with preparing entity-level and consolidated financial statements.
• Support month-end closing with journal entries, reconciliations, and reports.
• Prepare FP&A reports on a quarterly basis.
• Perform Bank Account and Credit Card Reconciliation through Sage integration.
• Accounts payable and receivables.
• Enter accounting transactions into Sage Intacct.
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare 1099 forms for tax reporting each year.
• Identify areas for process improvements and automation within the department.
