Job summary

Partners is seeking an on-site Senior Staff Accountant for our Corporate Accounting team in the Houston Galleria office. You will manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities, including bank activity, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close.

This hands-on role requires Sage Intacct experience, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle general ledger experience across AR, AP, CM, GL.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct is required or strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Record daily bank activity and AR receipts, and AP payments across multiple entities.
• Process accounts payable: generate POs, post bills, maintain vendor records.
• Prepare AR invoices and ensure documentation complies with policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries; assist with month-end close.
