Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our finance team. The role emphasizes accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant close processes using Sage Intacct.

You will support multi-entity operations as we expand and assist in converting interim cash-basis records to accrual-basis, ensuring audit readiness and clean financials for external reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in Sage Intacct, tied to financial statements.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations each period; explain changes.
• Own fixed assets/CIP, lease accounting, and accruals/deferrals.
• Keep books audit-ready with schedules during data migration to Sage Intacct.
• Support multi-entity accounting as new LLCs grow, including integration for acquisitions.
• Assist Controller with bank covenant calculations and credit facility analyses.
• Support audit readiness and respond to external audit requests.
• Convert cash-basis interim financials to GAAP accrual-basis for post-close 2026 in Sage Intacct.
• Support Sage Intacct implementation, sandbox testing, and process improvements.
• Recommend modifications to accounting workflows and internal controls as the club grows.
