Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our North Dallas corporate office team. You will manage month-end close for multiple entities, prepare journal entries, and analyze variances to support accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include reconciliations, allocations, audit support, and communicating financial information to corporate leadership. Strong Excel and Great Plains/Anaplan experience preferred, with a four-year accounting degree and multi-entity exposure highly

Qualifications

• Four-year Accounting degree required.
• 1–3 years corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with balance reconciliations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel; heavy Excel usage.
• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics/Enterprise, FYIsoft reporting, and Anaplan.
• Multi-entity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close for multiple entities, including journal entries and allocations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze trends/variances.
• Prepare and submit allocations; conduct bank reconciliations and research reconciling items.
• Communicate financial information to corporate and accounting management.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in audits.
• Safeguard company assets by following policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Arcis Golf is located in North Dallas.**Scope:**Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly financial closing process for assigned accounts and departments in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for the purpose of monitoring the results of operations and reporting.**Primary Responsibilities:**Responsible for month end close for several entities, including:* Prepare and submitting all assigned month end journal entries* Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations* Prepare and analysis trends and variances* Prepare and submit allocations* Timely and accurate bank account reconciliations to include research and recording of any reconciling items* Communicate pertinent financial information to corporate and accounting management* Preparing audit schedules* Safeguarding the company's financial assets by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed* Other duties as assigned**Requirement:**Education / Experience:* Four-year Accounting degree required* 1 to 3 years corporate accounting experience preferred* Experience with balance reconciliations* Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
