RKL LLP in Allentown, PA is seeking an Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, perform monthly close, payroll processing, and deliver timely financial statements to clients. You will support Senior Accountant and Client Service Managers and work with client systems to integrate accounting software.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close activities including revenue, inventory adjustments and depreciation.
Code bank and credit card activity and communicate with clients for inquiries.
Analyze financial statements and adjust for accurate month-end reporting.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer relationships.
Oversee payroll processing, including entries, accruals, and tax compliance.
Ensure seamless integration with client accounting systems.
