Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QBO, Xero).
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank, credit card, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate ledger and classifications.
• Support and execute month-end close processes.
