Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Two or more years of related accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, service, or project-based environment is a plus.
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred; familiarity with SAP BO or Sage is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Word and Outlook required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, allocations and other adjustments for month-end close.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Maintain accurate financial records, schedules, ERP data, and documentation.
• Analyze expenses, activity, profitability, and budget-to-actual variances for leadership.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in cost, invoicing, payables, receivables, and intercompany activity.
• Support internal and external audits, statutory reporting, and audit schedules.
• Coordinate with shared services to meet accounting deadlines and process improvements.
• Follow internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Protect confidential information and work in a collaborative finance team.
