You will assist in audits, maintain internal controls, and prepare statements for management and external partners. Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• One year of accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP.
• Working knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication with all levels.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Performs month-end and year-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Distributes monthly financial statements and resolves discrepancies.
• Audits financial statements for external reviewers.
• Assists in internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Handles accrual accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Prepares statements and schedules for auditors and management reports.
• Serves as first point of contact for reconciliations and reporting queries.
• Monitors cash accounts and directs transfers as needed.
• Files Form 941 and 945; ensures timely 990/5500 filings.
• Other duties as assigned.
