HFIM is seeking a Staff Accountant to handle daily bookkeeping, month-end close, and general ledger entries. You will analyze operating costs, support budgeting, and assist in audits and forecasting. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to internal controls, and timely financial reporting across entities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn company systems quickly while maintaining high ethical standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily bookkeeping activities for assigned entities.
• Prepare and post general ledger entries for month-end close.
• Assist in internal and external financial audits and strengthen controls.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking as needed.
