Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 1-3 years Accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter journal entries to ensure revenues and expenses are properly recorded
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including P&Ls and departmental actual vs. forecast
• Complete costing of inventory
• Complete month/quarterly analysis and schedules
• Gather forecasting data and supplemental information
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Provide support to U.S. Spring & Wire
• Special projects as requested
