Zusammenfassung

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an Accountant to perform a variety of accounting assignments under the Controller’s direction. You will coordinate month-end close, prepare journal entries, and manage fixed assets within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least three years of experience, with ERP and Excel proficiency. SOX familiarity and CPA/CMA preferred. This is a full-time onsite position in California.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel preferred.
• Accounting experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• SOX experience preferred.
• CPA and/or CMA designation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with month-end closing and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and adjust financial records.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile GL to subledgers.
• Assist in SOX compliance activities and maintain records.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, CIP management, and depreciation schedules.
• Support budgeting process and variance analysis.
• Produce various financial reports and respond to requests.
