Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform detailed analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts, documents, and reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasts; monitor variances.
• Enter accounts payable transactions and upload payroll data to the GL.
