Job summary

Radius Packaging in New Berlin, WI seeks a Staff Accountant to partner with the Controller and business leaders. You’ll gain exposure to cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 1–5 years of accounting experience, a BA/BS in accounting or related field, and strong Excel skills. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–5 years in accounting, preferably manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, material, labor, and overhead costs for insights.
• Support monthly/annual financial reporting, including COGS and WIP.
• Perform variance analysis and help improve cost efficiency.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile cost-related GL accounts.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Finance to explain results.
