Bridgecrest is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform key accounting functions and support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. You’ll prepare journal entries, analyze variances, and assist in audits and special projects under the guidance of senior staff.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 2–3 years of experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. This is a hybrid role with on-site expectations three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP is expected.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries for cash, fixed assets, payroll, prepaids and accruals.
• Perform month-end close and variance analysis to budget/forecast.
• Support audits and management reporting processes.
• Assist in process improvement and control documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and respond to inquiries with timely reporting.
