Right Choice Accounting Solutions LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage core bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end close for a portfolio of client companies. You'll work closely with our leadership team, performing journal entries and supporting month-end processes.

Training occurs in our Duluth, GA office, after which the role becomes hybrid with in-office and remote days. This is a hands-on role in a growing, CPA-led firm known for practical, friendly service and

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Must be able to work from our Duluth, GA office during training, then hybrid.

Responsabilidades

• Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online accurately and completely.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across a portfolio of client companies.
• Clean up and correct existing books where needed.
• Process payroll for clients' employees and contractors under our standard procedures.
• Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries; support the full month-end close process.
• Communicate status, blockers, and needs with the team; use Right Choice systems; avoid guessing.
