ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant II to join our Finance & Accounting team in Norcross, GA. This role supports day-to-day accounting, maintains accurate records, and ensures GAAP-compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include general ledger and reconciliations, AP/AR processing, month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis. The position collaborates with the Accounting Manager and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related accounting experience.
• Non-vaper/smoker

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and ensure proper coding.
• Complete monthly close activities including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Support internal and external audit requests with proper documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
