Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered global leader in agent-first brokerage infrastructure, is hiring a Senior Accountant for a fully remote role. You will strengthen and scale accounting operations, report to the Assistant Controller, and collaborate across the Accounting & Finance team to support growth and compliance.

You will manage journal entries, GAAP-compliant close processes, and internal financial reporting, while supporting multi-entity accounting and annual audits.

Qualifications

• Prepare and document journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Support the development of internal financial reporting and assist with the annual financial statement audit.
• Operate in a multi-entity environment, document accounting policies, and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
