Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Staff Accountant I to support month-end close, perform reconciliations, and analyze variances while partnering with cross-functional teams. You will help optimize financial processes and reporting in a growing organization.

Responsibilities include fixed asset management, purchase-order reviews, audits support, and automation of workflows using Palantir AI and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years of public accounting audit experience OR 3-4 years of corporate/industry accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
