Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant I
- Play a key role in month‑end close activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Manage fixed asset processes, capital additions, and system maintenance.
- Review and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance within the ERP system.
- Support external audit activities and assist with special projects and process improvements.
- Partner with the team to enhance reporting and automate workflows utilizing Palantir AI and other technology tools.
Qualifications For The Staff Accountant I
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-3 years of public accounting audit experience OR 3-4 years of corporate/industry accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
