Qualifikationen

• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Access; good time management.

• Analyze trends affecting budget needs.
• Support the preparation of operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's expense management goals.

• Support the creation of standard reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
• Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

Job Summary

Under routine supervision, this position is an entry level accountant role responsible for assuring that business owned accounts are fairly and accurately represented on company financial statements. Responsibilities will involve developing innovative and effective solutions to problems in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting. Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training in a related field; up to 1-3 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work both individually and as a team.
• Knowledge of SQL and data management tools (QMF, SQL Server, TOAD).
• Knowledge of Financial systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel and Access.
• Proficient time management skills.

Compensation

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
