DÔEN is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Los Angeles area for a hybrid role reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager. The position supports day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accuracy of financial records, and helps maintain internal controls and policies.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for accurate reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–4 years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end close.
• Assist with year-end close and audits.
• Manage accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements.
