Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of GAAP, debits/credits, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset subledger across hotels and corporate office.
• Record monthly depreciation and reconcile to GL.
• Handle property tax compliance and bill processing.
• Process vendor invoices and weekly payment runs.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Support month-end/year-end close and audit requests.
• Identify process improvements and support special projects.
