Job summary

Select Medical Holdings is seeking an Accounting Associate for a full-time hybrid role at our Mechanicsburg, PA campus. Starting salary is $50,000 annually, with benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

You will prepare journal entries, maintain multiple ledgers, and produce month-end statements, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, with up to three years of accounting experience and strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Up to three years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries required for accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of multiple general ledgers.
• Create formal month‑end statements.
• Provide reporting to the Accounting Supervisor or Accounting Manager.
