Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Minimum of 1+ year of relevant accounting experience.
Prior experience in consumer finance or auto finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Assist with the month-end financial close process, including preparation and review of supporting documentation.
Perform reconciliations and review financial data for reasonableness and accuracy.
Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
Research transaction details and elevate discrepancies or issues to senior team members as appropriate.
Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day accounting operations as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.
Work as part of a team to meet departmental deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
