Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit A/R invoices, receive cash, and handle customer queries.
• Prepare accurate journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules for the general ledger.
• Perform timely account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for financial statements.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Use accounting software/ERP to organize data and support reporting.
• Assist with financial analysis and audit or tax-related requests as needed.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and transmit A/R invoices, receive cash, and handle customer queries.
• Prepare accurate journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.
• Perform timely account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations, and investigate variances with a problem-solving mindset.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to help deliver dependable financial statements and financial reporting.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and resolve accounting questions.
• Use accounting software and ERP systems to organize data, support reporting, and contribute to efficient, scalable accounting operations.
• Assist with financial analysis, forecasting, accounts receivable activities, and audit or tax-related requests as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• You bring 0-2 years of hands-on experience with journal entries, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close in a professional accounting environment.
• You apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, or GAAP, consistently and can explain accounting treatment with onfidence.
• You are familiarwith accounting software or enterprise resource planning systems and comfortable working with financial data.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant accounting experience.
