Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in St. Louis seeks a Staff Accountant to support the Finance Department with accurate accounting operations and strong internal controls. You will help ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with local regulations and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules for management review.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate across departments to support financial operations and process improvements.
