Job summary

ACC Recruiters is seeking a Staff Accountant in St. Louis to join a collaborative accounting team. The role covers month-end close, variance analysis, and FP&A for multiple client accounts while partnering with site leadership to review financial results.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate reporting and strengthen internal controls, with room for growth into senior roles and leadership positions in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years GAAP/corporate accounting and/or public accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own/support month-end close and variance analysis for multiple accounts.
• Partner with site leadership to review financial results and insights.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Senior Accountant: handle complex sites, advanced FP&A, and leadership track.
