ProCo LLC is seeking an accounting professional to own a defined set of reconciliations and journal entries in the monthly close, supporting a multi-entity healthcare organization that includes AICA Orthopedics. You will collaborate with the Accounting Manager on controls, reporting and budgeting, building depth in healthcare accounting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and clear communication with non-finance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience in public accounting or corporate roles.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with a general ledger system.
• Advanced Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations from raw data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet close deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-finance colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids and reclassifications.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions; support monthly consolidation.
• Assist in monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Code and review invoices; manage vendor accounts and reconciliations.
• Load budgets in the general ledger; analyze variances and prepare reports.
• Support external audits and tax requests with documentation.
