Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare and review tax documents for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Support the senior accounting team during audit preparations and financial reviews.
Provide clear financial insights to our clients to help them make informed business decisions.
Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Experience working in a professional service firm is a plus.
