Job summary

FirstPRO 360 is partnering with a well-established, growing organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to develop skills in the month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Internship experience or exposure to month-end close is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and year-end close processes

• Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, and other general ledger activities
