The role reports to the Regional Accounting Manager and offers a competitive compensation package. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and key accounting software (Acumatica, Aspire, Concur, FloQast, Avidpay).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in Accounting.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency required; experience with Acumatica, Aspire, Concur, FloQast, and Avidpay preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes and banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax filings as needed.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Manage accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable processes.
