Haga Kommer Ltd. is seeking a full-time accounting professional to manage client engagements, perform GL reconciliations, and prepare financial statements. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online is required, along with a 2-year degree in accounting and 4+ years of experience.

The role includes duties such as journal entries, tax services for clients, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Accounting services for clients including AR, AP and Reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and post journal entries timely and accurately.
• Financial statement preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients through personal attention and timeliness of service.
• Communicating with clients as a trusted professional with information requests.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Accounting services for tax clients.
