Job summary

Green Cabbage, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, payroll administration, sales tax compliance, and revenue-cycle elements in a fast-growing private equity-backed SaaS company.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will collaborate with Revenue Accounting, FP&A, HR, and external auditors. The level of the role depends on experience, and this position is based in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite, Maxio, BambooHR, Avalara or similar is preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive financial and employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting & Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries with documentation; assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close; maintain ERP records; support variance analyses.
